The location was great, close to the center of Francavilla. the hotel was conveniently situated near the shore, as well as restaurant and bar areas. - the beautiful coastline and hinterland to the south of Francavilla were easily accessible from the hotel.

Nicely designed modern hotel, spacious rooms, professional staff.

The lotel's location is oddly out of place. The surroundings of the hotel are not interesting at all, just the beach accross the road is a plus. Bars and restaurants within walking distance are few and at a distinctly lower level than the hotel. You can of course drive to Pescara, only 7 km away, but than you have to take a car or a taxi or a local bus, but that is not really what we want to do at night.

Very clean, comfortable. Friendly helpful staff.

The room was spacious with a balcony, the food was amazing, staff were excellent and professional, and the location was convenient with easy access to Lido e nata una stella:))).

the location is very good for the beach which is just across the road. The receptionists tried hard to be informative and helpful

the hotel has very little sound-proofing between rooms and corridors. It gets very noisy during early morning when the maids start work.

The room was large, comfortable, and well-maintained, with plenty of storage space. The breakfast had plenty of options and the coffee was fresh and delicious. The location was nice, near a great restaurant and only a short walk to the beach.

The hotel had a great location and was close to the beach. The breakfast was nice and there were a variety of options to choose from. It was also a plus that the hotel offered free internet access.

The hotel was very noisy and there was no soundproofing whatsoever. We could hear footsteps in the communal hallway and the housekeeping staff was very loud, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Perfect location, right across from the beach with reserved chairs and umbrellas. Lovely rooftop pool and clean rooms. Excellent restaurant with nice service. Helpful and friendly staff.

modern hotel, the stay was perfectly pleasant, incredible location in a terrific area. the service was very good, nothing to complain about. the pool was great and there was a spa centre too. location in the centre of the city was a plus. there was bar cafe le bistrot, that i found within 15 minutes' walk of the venue.

Front desk staff are delightful and provided exceptional service, recommending a place to stay along the coast. The location across from the beach is ideal, perfect for long walks with hardly a soul in sight. The staff at reception, particularly Alessandro, were fantastic, assisting with reservations and helping resolve a fine issue. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent, with a knowledgeable waiter. The bed was comfortable, room service was great, and the hotel even had bicycles for guests to use. Lovely hotel for a relaxing break with great pizza and seafood.

During my recent stay at Phi Hotel Alcione, I was impressed by the excellent service and the relaxing atmosphere. We loved staying at this hotel in the charming coastal village. The location is fantastic as it's very close to a beautiful private beach where we could quickly take a dip after enjoying the salty Adriatic sea. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located close to the public beach and other restaurants in the area. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, recommending places to visit and making us feel at home. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, and the breakfast had plenty of tasty options to choose from. Lastly, the parking was secured in a gated courtyard, making us feel secure with our rental car.
